In recent years, the company has invested substantial engineering and financial resources to increase its production capacity, with modern, innovative facilities and equipment that have increased cured meat production. This project received funding (€432,922) from the Government of Catalonia’s Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Food and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development.
